With our annual Midsommar Celebration coming up this Saturday (rain or shine!), this week’s cocktail features our Aquavit – Private Reserve. Aquavit is a spirit that’s savory and complex, with rich spice notes that go well with both stone fruit and herbs. So, this new drink we’ve created for this year’s celebration pairs Aquavit with apricot liqueur, herbal mint & bright lime for a fresh, fruit-forward summer sipper.
Under The Sun
2 oz Aquavit – Private Reserve
½ oz Apricot Liqueur (we use Giffard)
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Mint Simple
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
