It’s cold and snowy here in Chicago this week, so we’re going with a hot drink. We have a few on our menu right now, and this one has been very popular. Essentially it’s a riff on a classic hot toddy, with some added spices and depth. You can adjust this one to suit your mug size – ours are pretty big, so we’ve got a good amount of gin in there!

In a mug, add:
Stir well, then top with very hot water. Stir well, and garnish with a lemon wheel or wedge.
