This drink combines everything we love about Aquavit – Private Reserve into a delicious cocktail – it’s rich & spiced, but also refreshing! The allspice dram highlights the spice notes and demerara gives it a smooth undertone, all balanced by bright citrus and a touch of Vacation Curaçao.
Spice Cake
1½ oz Aquavit – Private Reserve
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Allspice Dram (we use St. Elizabeth)
½ oz Demerara Simple
¼ oz Vacation Curaçao (or Orange Curaçao)
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon swath or twist.
