In Gin No. 11 Recipes

This delicious riff on the classic Martini replaces vermouth with a distinctly summery accent – Lillet Rosé! This wine-based apéritif is bright and fruit-forward, but not overly sweet. This means it makes the perfect complement to Gin No. 11’s bright juniper, and together they make a Rosé Martini that’s deliciously smooth, with hints of fruit, juniper, citrus & spice.

Rosè Martini

2 oz Gin No. 11
½ oz Lillet Rosé

Combine ingredients in mixing pitcher, then stir with ice for at least 20 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe glass & garnish with a lemon swath expressed over the glass. If you’re feeling fancy, you can use another lemon swath to make a rose garnish!
