It’s chocolate week at the distillery, so we’ve been playing around with different ways to add chocolate notes to cocktails. This cocktail pairs our housemade crème de cacao with raspberry, cream and our North Shore Vodka in a deliciously creamy, smooth treat – a liquid dessert, if you will.
RASPBERRY DREAM
Muddle:
3 Raspberries
¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Demerara Simple
Add:
1 oz Crème De Cacao
1 oz Cream or Half & Half
1 oz North Shore Vodka
Shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass (to remove seeds). Garnish with a raspberry on a stick.
