The season for fresh berries has finally arrived, and we’re taking full advantage of it with this cocktail! Juicy, fresh strawberries are the one of the first summer berries to come into season, and we love the delicious taste and beautiful color they give to this drink. It’s a combination of smooth vanilla, sweet pineapple, fresh strawberry and bright citrus, and a great way to usher in summer!
Pink Panther
1½ oz Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Pineapple Liqueur (we use Giffard)
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Plain Simple
1-2 Fresh Strawberries, quartered
Muddle strawberries, simple & lime juice in a mixing tin. Add pineapple liqueur and Tahitian Vanilla Vodka, then shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass, then garnish with a lime wedge.
