We’re having fun coming up with some new cocktails for Valentine’s Day this year, and here’s one of the ones we’re excited about – it features passion fruit, along with our Doublewood Rum, Vacation Curacao and fresh lime. Bright, layered and delicious, and easy to make for a fun Valentine’s evening at home.
Here’s the recipe:
Passion for You
2 oz North Shore Doublewood Rum
½ oz North Shore Vacation Curaçao
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Passionfruit Syrup (we use Small Hands Foods)
Shake with ice, strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wedge, and enjoy.
