Summer is a great time to play with fruity, tropical flavors – some of our experiments end up as tiki drinks on our Tiki Taco Tuesday menu, and others end up on our summer cocktail menu! The Mango Jalapeño Daiquiri combines rich, tropical mango with the refreshing spice of jalapeño in a summer take on this classic rum cocktail.
Mango Jalapeño Daiquiri
1½ oz Bourbon Cask Rum
1 oz Mango Juice
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Demerara Simple
1-4 slices of Jalapeño (to taste)
Muddle jalapeño slices, demerara & lime juice in mixing tin. Add mango juice & rum and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lime wedge. Cheers!
