This cocktail was a popular request in our tasting room last weekend, so we decided to make it Drink of the Week this week! With bright notes of mango & lime, and depth from our Bourbon Cask Rum & demerara simple, it makes a great patio drink. If you’d like, you can also spice it up with some fresh jalapeño!
Mango Daiquiri
1½ oz Bourbon Cask Rum
1 oz Mango Juice
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Demerara Simple
1-3 slices of Jalapeño (if desired)
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lime wedge. Cheers!
