This cocktail is our collaboration with Visit Lake County, as they were thinking of ways to keep people connected during these distant times. It’s a drink as refreshing and beautiful as a Lake County sunset – smooth, with notes of fruit & honey and a crisp finish.
Lake County Sunset Sips
2 oz Gin No. 11 (or North Shore Vodka)
½ oz Clover Honey
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ oz Cranberry Juice
Club Soda
In a shaker, combine gin or vodka, honey, lemon, cranberry and one sprig of fresh rosemary. Stir to dissolve honey, then add ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, top with club soda and garnish with a rosemary sprig in glass or clipped to the rim.
