Here at the distillery we love a riff on a tropical cocktail — the tropical fruit, rich spice & bright citrus is always a winning combination. You may not think of this style of cocktail being particularly festive, but this year for our North Pole Distillery signature menu we concocted a bona fide tropical cocktail that’s been Christmas-ified!
It’s filled with surprising flavor combinations, combining classic winter flavors like cranberry & winter spices with tropical passionfruit and allspice, anchored together by Aquavit – Private Reserve.

2 oz Aquavit – Private Reserve
3/4 oz Allspice Dram
1/4 oz Passionfruit Liqueur
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1½ oz Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz Orange Spice Simple
Shake ingredients with ice, then pour the entire shaker into a tall glass, a large festive mug, or a Santa tiki glass, if you happen to have one on hand! Garnish with any festive ingredients on-hand — an orange slice, a skewer of cranberries, a lime wedge, a cinnamon stick, or all of the above.
