If you like piña coladas, and getting caught in the rain … this cocktail is for you! It’s reminiscent of the classic Puerto Rican drink, full of rich fruit & deep coconut flavors, and tropical layers from our Third Coast Rum. The added amaro adds some depth and complexity, as well.
If You Like Piña Coladas
1½ oz Third Coast Rum
½ oz Pineapple Amaro
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Demerara Simple
½ oz Coconut Milk
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker, then shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled tiki mug, then garnish with a lemon swath, a cocktail umbrella and anything else you have on hand!
