Maybe its because we’re wishing for warmer weather or warm, sunny beaches and Tiki drinks, but we’ve got some new beach-y drinks on our spring menu. This one has layers of flavor, with rum, pineapple and lime, but also a bit of absinthe and demerara sugar to add depth. Delicious, tropical and intriguing – definitely one of our new faves, but we can’t help thinking it would taste better sitting on a beach. (Then again, wouldn’t everything?)
Shake with ice, strain into ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
