We love having a tiki drink or two on our cocktail menu – tiki cocktails are often associated with summer vacations & sunny beaches, but many are actually great for the fall and winter season, as they feature rich spice notes and deeper flavors. Many of the tiki cocktails we feature are classics of the genre, but this drink is a North Shore Distillery original!
Perfect for fall, it combines our Third Coast Rum with Aquavit – Private Reserve, deep chai spices and tropical pineapple, as well as apple and ginger for a fun fall cocktail.
Fallen Idol
1¾ oz Third Coast Rum
¼ oz Aquavit – Private Reserve
1 oz Pineapple Juice
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Chai Simple
½ oz Apple-Ginger Simple
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into tiki mug filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge & a cocktail umbrella.
