In Gin No. 11 Recipes

As the calendar turns to October and autumn chill fills the forecast, we’re diving in to fall! Our new fall cocktail menu debuts next week, full of classic fall flavors like apple, honey, pumpkin, spices, earl grey & more.

This Drink of the Month really fits the bill, combining fruit, spice, honey & botanicals into a deeply layered, truly delicious drink. It’s a riff the Fitzgerald, which is itself a riff on the very well known Gin Sour, made by subbing in a few dashes of bitters for the usual egg white. The Fitzgerald has all the earmarks of a classic pre-Prohibition cocktail, but it was actually created by modern cocktail legend Dale Degroff!
