In Dearborn Gin Recipes

We’re mixing the new with the old in this drink, using our newest spirit, The Dearborn Gin, in a classic style of cocktail from the early days of cocktail-making. The Daisy enjoyed popularity in the pre-Prohibition days of cocktails, but it has fallen out of use since. The one notable exception is the margarita – the name means daisy in Spanish!

Dearborn Daisy

1¾ oz The Dearborn Gin
½ oz Fresh Lime
½ oz Fresh Lemon
¾ oz Lemon Verbena Simple

Shake with ice and pour into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Enjoy!
