With the chilly evenings lately, it is nice to have a soothing cocktail. The Clover Club might seem intimidating because of the egg white, but it’s well worth the effort (and the adventure). The egg white adds a creamy, smooth froth that makes this cocktail a great sipper. The gin really opens up in this drink with notes of citrus and spice. One note of advice, make sure there is a tight seal on the shaker before shaking this one!
Shake ingredients without ice first, then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish needed.
