In Gin No. 11 Recipes

The Clover Club is a cocktail with a long history – originally popular during the pre-Prohibition days of cocktails, it fell out of favor until being resurrected during the cocktail resurgence of the 21st century. Now it’s so beloved that it even has a bar named after it!

The gin really opens up in this drink, with notes of juniper, citrus and spice. Gin, berries & lemon make a classic trifecta of flavors, and the egg white gives this drink a creamy, smooth froth that makes it easy to sip. It’s well worth the extra adventure and effort. Pro tip: make sure there is a tight seal on the shaker before shaking this one!

Clover Club

2 oz Gin No. 11
¾ oz Raspberry Liqueur (currently we’re using Giffard)
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Plain Simple
½ oz Egg White

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker, then shake briefly without ice. Add ice to shaker then shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass.
