This is the cocktail to make when you want to treat yourself! It melds the creamy, floral notes of Tahitian Vanilla Vodka with rich & bright fruit in a frothy, decadent sipper. This cocktail is a riff on the French Martini, and that’s also where it gets its name. It immediately made Sonja think of Frenchy, the iconic bubblegum-haired dropout from the movie “Grease,” so of course we had to name this cocktail after her big number in the movie.
Beauty School Dropout
1½ oz Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Raspberry Liqueur
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Egg White
Shake ingredients without ice, then add ice and then shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
