Despite the snowstorm that surprised us last Sunday, spring seems to be well on its way! The sun is shining, the grass is green, and we’re gravitating towards more fruity and floral flavors. Fresh strawberries and lavender notes blend deliciously with The Dearborn Gin and fresh lemon, with egg white to add depth and a light, frothy texture to a cocktail reminiscent of the beautiful spring blooms.
Spring Blooms
Muddle:
1-2 Strawberries
¾ oz Lavender Simple
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Add:
2 oz The Dearborn Gin
1 oz Egg White
Shake ingredients with out ice, then add ice and shake well. Strain into chilled coupe glass, then add a dash or two of lavender bitters on top & swirl into a pattern.
