Tickets for Events
Our distillery store will send you an electronic confirmation of your order for tickets to our distillery tours & other events we offer. In most cases, we do not send any other confirmations, etc. for events, unless it is a virtual event and we need to share sign-in instructions.
Gift Certificates
We aim to ship all orders of gift certificates out within two business days of purchase, and we ship through the United States Postal Service, regular mail. We require payment in full before orders will be mailed. If you want express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 847.574.2499, x6 to arrange (for an additional fee based on what the post office charges).
If you prefer to pick up your order here at the distillery, you can certainly do that as well – just add a note when you checkout. You can pick up anytime we are open – see our hours listed at the bottom of this page.
