For the release party for our Beehive Curaçao this past Saturday we created a special menu of Beehive cocktails. The Midwest Sidecar was one of our favorites from that night, so we’re having it all this week!
Midwest Sidecar
1¼ oz Bourbon Cask Rum
1¼ oz Beehive Curaçao
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake with ice, strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
