Midnight Rambler
2 oz Gin No. 11
1/2 oz Aquavit – Private Reserve
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz Allspice Dram (we use Bitter Truth brand)
1/2 oz homemade Cinnamon-Demerara Simple
1/2 oz Orgeat (almond syrup, we use Giffard brand)
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake with ice, pour entire contents of shaker into glass, garnish with lime wedge, an umbrella and whatever else fun stuff you have on hand.
