In Scofflaw Old Tom Gin Recipes

As the weather on the North Shore starts to transition into fall (so far this year we’ve been enjoying a surprising number of warm days!) this cocktail is the perfect drink – it bridges the season with floral and spice! Scofflaw Old Tom Gin‘s osmanthus note is reminiscent of the summer flowers, which is played up in the drink by the fruity profile of Lillet Rosé, while this gin’s spiced notes are highlighted by the warmth of chai spices.
