This cocktail has been so popular as a cocktail kit that we can hardly keep up! It’s definitely a perfect drink for the summer season and a great addition to our cocktail menu, with fresh berry & floral notes from the lavender simple.
Blueberry Lavender Smash
6 – 8 Blueberries
½ oz Lavender Simple
½ oz Fresh Lemon
1½ oz North Shore Vodka
Muddle first three ingredients in mixing tin, then add vodka and shake with ice. Double strain into rocks glass filled with ice & garnish with a lemon twist. Cheers!
