This drink is a tribute to the fruity pies we enjoy all year round – it’s a decadent sipper that combines sweet vanilla, bright fruit and frothy egg white to replicate the nostalgia of digging into a delicious dessert.
1.25 oz Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Blackberry Liqueur (we use Giffard Crème de Mure)
1/2 oz Lime
1/4 oz Demerara Simple
1 oz Egg White
Shake briefly without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
