This cocktail has been a favorite this summer, so we’re making it our Drink of the Week! Delicious layers of fruit flavors from both blueberries and rhubarb play well with the floral vanilla notes of Tahitian Vanilla Vodka, all brought together by the frothy egg white.
Barbara Blue
Muddle:
8-10 Blueberries
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Rhubarb Simple
Add:
1½ oz Tahitian Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Egg White
Muddle first three ingredients together, then add Tahitian Vanilla Vodka and egg white. Shake first without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled coupe glass, and garnish with several drops of butterfly pea flower extract swirled into a pattern.
