We’re having a blast experimenting with drinks for our “lighter” menu at the Tasting Room – either by lowering the sugar content or lightening up on the spirit pours. This week’s cocktail is a great example of how to drink lighter and not sacrifice flavor.
We made a spiced syrup with concord grapes and Chinese Five-spice. It’s crazy good – nuanced spices and tart grapes combine for such a punch of flavor. The syrup also highlights the dry spices in our modern gin beautifully.
And, it SO purple! It truly is an adult grape soda.
