The Pie in the Sky has a rich, yet light texture from cream & egg white, which carries notes of orange, spice & chocolate onto your palate from Vacation Curaçao and crème de cacao. It makes the perfect after-dinner drink, or an afternoon pick-me-up.
Pie in the Sky
1 oz Vacation Curaçao
1 oz Crème de Cacao
¼ oz North Shore Vodka
1 oz Cream
1 oz Egg White
Combine ingredients in shaker and shake briefly without ice. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange swath expressed over the glass.
