This week’s cocktail is an easy riff on a classic daiquiri. Using a ginger syrup in place of plain simple completely transforms this cocktail, and coating the rocks glass with a spiced sugar is a touch of fancy and helps balance the spice in the drink. ginger-snap

This cocktail is also a great option for entertaining – it’s easy to batch a pitcher ahead and set it out with a tray of prepared glasses & a bucket of ice for a nice “serve yourself” welcome cocktail.
