Throughout history, women have played important roles in the production, and the consumption, of alcoholic beverages around the world. In this class, we’ll walk through the history of alcohol from ancient times to today, and we’ll discuss some incredible women and their contributions to cocktails and spirit. We’ll touch on brewing and winemaking, but most of our time will be spent on cocktails and spirits. Class will feature North Shore Distillery spirits & cocktails, and will be taught by our Chief Cocktail Nerd, Sonja Kassebaum.
