Join us for an interactive and informative workshop about growing herbs and using them in cocktails. During this hands-on workshop you’ll learn how to plant an assortment of herbs, keep them looking their best all summer long, and how to incorporate them into cocktails. Plant in one hand, cocktail in the other!

This class will be guided by

• Sonja Kassebaum, cocktail nerd and enthusiast, co-owner of North Shore Distillery
• Polly Klein, gardening expert, and owner of Polly’s Petals in Libertyville

Herbs are multifunctional and resilient plants. They look and taste great, a perfect way to elevate any dish or drink, a staple in any garden. You’ll leave our workshop with your very own herbs and an abundance of knowledge to help both your plants and cocktails thrive.

No experience is needed to join us on this journey, just a desire to learn and have some fun!
