We love spending time “in the laboratory” working on fancy cocktails, but there is a time for simplicity. When shaking a tin seems exhausting, we pull out the Citrus Sparkler. It has it all – bright citrus, balanced bitter notes and no clean up!
Muddle a large swath of fresh orange peel with Sol in a tall glass. Top with ice, then top with soda. Garnish with additional swath of orange peel.
