This week, we’ve got another cocktail with that spiced apple syrup we told you about a couple of weeks ago. This one is modeled after a classic gin fizz, with a touch of soda and egg white. It’s on the drier side, with layers of flavor from the gin, spiced apple syrup and fresh lemon.
William Tell Fizz
1½ oz Mighty Gin
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Spiced Apple Syrup
1 oz Egg White
Club Soda
Shake the first four ingredients together without ice first, then add ice and shake vigorously, for at least 20 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, top with a splash of club soda, then garnish with a slice of fresh apple on the rim, if desired.
