… and a partridge in a pear tree! It’s a little early for the song, but the recent snowfall has us thinking of winter already. Since we’ve re-introduced pear into our menu, the opportunity was too good to miss!
Two Turtle Doves
2 oz Distiller’s Gin No. 11
1 oz Pear Juice (we use Looza brand Pear Nectar)
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Rosemary Simple
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig or a lemon twist.
