In Recipe - Distiller's Gin No. 11

Named in homage to a 1998 classic comedy, this drink is a creation of Nick, one of our bartenders! Our classic gin pairs with herbal notes from the rosemary and sweetness from the honey for a perfect introduction to fall.

To make the Rosemary-Honey Simple for the drink, refer to the Honey Simple recipe on our Simple Syrups page. Before cooling, remove the leaves from the stem of 1-2 sprigs of rosemary (depending on the desired potency) and simmer in your simple syrup for 5 minutes, then cool and strain out the solids.
