The Weizenheimer
2 oz SommerWeizen
1¼ oz 100% Pear Juice (available at specialty stores)
2 dashes Abbott’s Bitters
Stir with ice, strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with a small dash of ground cinnamon and a piece of orange peel, if desired.
I suggest you make two, it’s even better in pairs… (get it??!! he he he)
