I’ve written about this drink before, and it remains one of my all-time favorites. And, I am thrilled that we can now serve this cocktail in our tasting room. The State of Illinois changed the liquor laws a few months ago, and created a new type of license that allows us to make/sell our spirits and bring in other spirits for our cocktails, too.
That means we can expand our offerings, and we’re starting with a few favorites, like this one.
The (Very) Last Word
Shake ingredients with ice; strain into chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
This one is a boozy doozy of a cocktail, so it’s not that large. Sip carefully, my friends!
