A hot drink is the perfect way to warm up the chilly February doldrums, so it’s what we’ve picked for this week’s drink! The orange notes in the Earl Grey tea play especially well with our Beehive Curaçao, and the Mighty Gin makes this drink layered and delicious.
The 2nd Earl Grey
1 oz Mighty Gin
1 oz Beehive Curaçao
¾ oz Fresh Lemon
¾ oz Earl Grey Simple
Hot Water
Add first four ingredients to a mug, stir well, then top with very hot water and stir again. Garnish with an orange half moon floating on top.
