This week we’re traveling across the globe to Thailand with our cocktail! In the spirit of traditional Thai flavors, the lemongrass-galangal simple plays well with our Distiller’s Gin No. 6 and fresh lime, and the egg white adds a light, frothy texture.
Thai One On
1¾ oz Distiller’s Gin No. 6
1 oz Fresh Lime
¾ oz Lemongrass-Galangal Simple
1 oz Egg White
Shake ingredients without ice, then add ice and shake well. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, then garnish with a dash of ground ginger.
