Since Mother’s Day is coming up, we picked a drink for this week that incorporates roses – both in the flavor (rosemary) and in the lovely rosy hue. We achieved this color by using a butterfly pea flower extract, which is a bright blue extract that turns pink when it comes in contact with acid – like lime juice! The Rosemary Gimlet will also be part of our Mother’s Day themed Flight Night on Thursday.
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
