Our drink of the month for April has been a surprise favorite on our latest menu. It’s a riff on a drink called the Remember the Maine, which is a riff on the Manhattan. We incorporated *three* of our spirits in this one, each of which adds something intriguing. Stop in for one this month, or make your own with our recipe!
Remember the Way
2 oz North Shore American Whiskey (still available online, sold out at the distillery)
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth (we use Carpano Antica)
1/8 oz NSD Orange Curaçao
1/4 oz Sirène Absinthe Verte
Stir ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel swath.
