In Recipe - Scofflaw Old Tom Gin

Lake County Restaurant Week was a blast this year, and great to see so many friends, new and old, enjoying our spirits and lounging around the Tasting Room.

It was a lot of fun putting together our cocktail flight and we loved hearing which cocktail was the favorite – spoiler alert – opinions were evenly split between the three! The full size versions of these cocktails will make their way into our menu rotation, so keep your eyes peeled. This week we’re featuring this fruity gem!

Raspberry Beret

2 oz Scofflaw Old Tom Gin*
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ Simple Syrup
¼ oz Raspberry Liqueur or Raspberry Gomme Syrup

Shake first three ingredients with ice; strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Pour raspberry syrup or liqueur slowly down the side of the glass so it settles in the bottom.
