In Gin No. 11 Recipes

The days are staying pretty warm so far, but the nights are getting cooler and the days are getting shorter — fall is coming! In anticipation of the season, we’ve been introducing some fall flavors in our tasting room; pear is back in the ever-popular Pear-A-Dice, and we’re pulling in more herbs from our distillery garden, including lemon-thyme and rosemary. This week’s drink combines pear & rosemary with our Distiller’s Gin No. 11 in a herbaceous, layered cocktail that ‘s perfect for warm late-summer days when you’re dreaming of cool afternoons and crunching leaves.
