Every August, we celebrate the summer fruits and vegetables available at our local farmers market, and this week we’re featuring peaches. We poured this peachy treat at our annual Chocolates and Cocktails event with Katherine Anne Confections this summer, who created an awesome truffle with our Gin No. 6 and blueberries to pair with it.

1½ oz Distiller’s Gin No. 6
1¼ oz Peach Puree or Peach Juice/Nectar
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of Cinnamon
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
