In Recipe - Sol Chamomile Citrus

It’s Lake County Restaurant Week!

We’re so excited to be a part of the festivities again. This year, we’re featuring a flight of seasonal mini cocktails served with an artisanal cheese plate. It’s a great pairing and an even greater way to sample three new cocktails. Stop by for a quick flight of minis or stay for a while and enjoy the full size versions! Here’s the first recipe to get you started…

One Moro Time

1½ oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
½ oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
½ oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice
¼ oz Simple Syrup (or try Cardamom Syrup for a punch of spice)
¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice

Shake ingredients with ice; strain into chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a blood orange wheel.
