Our Mighty Silver Fizz adds a few twists to the classic Gin Fizz. Adding egg white to the fizz makes it a ‘silver’ fizz, and adding lemongrass-galangal simple gives it extra layers of deliciousness!
Mighty Silver Fizz
2 oz Mighty Gin
¾ oz Fresh Lemon
¾ oz Lemongrass-Galangal Simple
1 oz Egg White
Club Soda
Add first four ingredients to shaker. Shake first without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with club soda, and enjoy!
