We’ve talked about this twist on a classic cocktail before, but we liked it so much we brought it back! The addition of cardamom brings a rich spiced note to this traditional cocktail, where it plays well with our overproofed Mighty Gin.
Malabar Gimlet
2 oz Mighty Gin
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ Cardamom Simple
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
