One of the most delightful things about spring is the floral and herbal flavors that are popular during the season – we added lavender to our menu here at the distillery, and it’s delicate floral flavor is a spring favorite. Here lavender is replacing the orange liqueur in our Sol Cosmo recipe, making a Lavender Cosmo!
Lavender Cosmo
1¾ oz Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka
1 oz Cranberry Juice
¾ oz Lavender Simple
¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into chilled cocktail glass & garnish with a lime wedge.
