In Distillery News, Newsletters

Our distillery newsletter came out March 20th – here it is, in case you missed it:

Distillery Doings

We’ve been busy here at the distillery, with a range of great events the last few weeks. We spent some time with the staff at Baffo, the great new fine dining restaurant at Eataly Chicago, last week talking about North Shore spirits, and the folks from North Pond Restaurant came to visit us for a distillery tour and discussion. In addition, we poured a very popular Violet Fizz at the Chicago Botanic Garden for their orchid festival, and our Rosemary Fizz at the Localicious party last week in Chicago was a big hit too! Find the recipes for these great drinks below, and have a little taste of spring, despite this iffy weather we’re having.

We are hard at work on some updates to our website and marketing materials, as well, and have some exciting things planned for the upcoming months. Read on for the highlights!
