In Malt Whiskey Recipes

This week our drink is a great pick-me-up for these early summer days – it’s smooth over ice, with a hint of decadence in the garnish (if you’re into whipped cream)! We’re also offering this drink as one of our cocktail kits this week.

Irish Iced Coffee

2 oz NS Malt Whiskey
4 oz Cold-Brew Coffee
1 oz Brown Sugar-Cinnamon Simple
Whipped Cream (if desired)

Shake first three ingredients with ice, then pour over ice into a medium-sized coffee mug (like our NSD Mug) or cocktail glass. Top with whipped cream & enjoy!

Optional: you can add cream/milk to base of drink if desired. We like it without, but we’re black coffee people!
